Generous discount, Good pay and Good uniform

Cons

The staff overall were lovely, and made the job fun. However, management was unstable and selfish for the most part. In my time there (just under 2years) I had around 4-5 managers. Several occasions were pay was miscalculated or withheld

Not diverse, micromanage, can't do anything without first asking permission (toilet breaks, restocking shelves) I had a death in the family and there was no support shown or help in applying for compassionate leave - instead issued a written warning for being late the day I found out about it.
