Pros

The work atmosphere is very fun, easy going, but still with structure and many objectives to accomplish store goals. The 40% off discount is really awesome!

Cons

The incentives are terrible and insult your intelligence (filling the fridge if you go above and beyond is just horrible) Corporate designed the work rules and environment so it's sales associates are treated like "slaves." Little to no recognition or compensation for the work you do You have to apply for EVERYTHING "Nike is evil" and doesn't care for you

Pros

Great employee discounts and thats all about it , giving out a lot of chances with people with no or less experience . Nice and fun environment

Cons

Horrible management in simple , lots of stress on associates , as low as 5 hours every week and maximum of 10 hours even though the store makes its goal every month . Very disorganized and management is always changing. Store leads always on their phone, and expect associates to do everything for them . Hard to move up within the store/company .
