Pros

Flexible schedule, daily interaction with people, can move up easily in store, more than minimum wage pay for retail associate

Cons

retails so you have to work every holiday and long crazy hours that get changed during holiday seasons, once you hit lead no where else to go, applying to corporate they wont even look at you because you work retail even though you are already a converse employee

Pros

Converse has a very relaxed and collaborative company culture that lends itself well to creativity and innovation. There are a lot of uniqie and talented minds at work behind the scenes.

Cons

Relocating to Boston from NYC is probably the biggest and only con about the company. Also, cross-functional communication can be challenging at times.
