Pros

The company culture is defined by its values and Converse is doing a great job at living them. They value individuality, encourage you to be a contributor, give you the space to drive projects/change and are hyper aware of morale. There are different growth opportunities through internal programs and Nike courses. They encourage you to plan out your next steps and listen to employee feedback. And then the obvious--the brand is wicked cool, the products are iconic and the events/activations are so much fun! It is no wonder so many people stay for a decade or more!

Cons

Mostly run by dudes, only a few women have made it past the director level.
