Pros

I enjoyed many years working at Converse primarily due to the wonderful people I worked with. The health benefits are decent and if business is good the annual bonus and Profit sharing is good. The benefit to buy Nike stock at a discount is also great.

Cons

Much like Nike, Converse was a boys club for many years and as such made opportunities for women, especially mothers, very rare. The new CEO I believe to be a good person with best intentions but what remains to be seen is if he is able to implement change at Converse while still being owned by Nike.
