Pros

The people who work at Converse are really good people who are passionate about what they do. The employees are typically fairly young and provide fresh ideas and are willing to learn. Great discounts among all brands - Nike, Converse, Cole Haan, Hurley and Umbro.

Cons

Being owned by Nike, Converse has become more and more political which is disappointing. The company is getting larger and its easy to see these two companies uniting into one.

Pros

Employee-centric, competitive salary and benefits. Great culture of innovation, competition, and inclusion.

Cons

Culture can be a bit insular, missing out on great business/consumer opportunities. Can feel a little too hierarchical at times.
