Pros

Great people to work with and learn from. The best part is that your coworkers can also become some lifelong friends. I'm thankful to have met a great bunch of people who LOVE the brand, are creative, work hard, and have fun!

Cons

There could be more diversity in upper level management and if one isn't in the "in" crowd, promotions seem less.

Pros

Profit sharing Accruing pto Discounts Atmosphere

Cons

Store managers are lazy and are usually handed positions It's retail so closing and working weekends is a must but some store managers get away without working a full shift, closing shift, or weekends. If you speak up, you get fired or put on corrective action. In my case you get fired with no corrective action or formal warning. There are plenty of women present in the company but men are still pretty dominant in this company.

Pros

Discount. Team friendships and nice store manager.

Cons

Leads that have experience can be mean and bossy instead of knowledgable and understanding to newer employees. Lack of leadership and no encouragement to select employees. Favoritism among leads and employees based off of sex or more time spent around that employee by choice.
