Pros

Loved the company spirit; everyone rallies behind a branded product/idea/concept and it feels good to work towards supporting that. Great headquarter office in the heart of Boston as well. A strong sense of pride exists in the office. People are generally really nice and get to know one another well in the office. Open floor-plan promotes this.

Cons

Some of the work was lackluster and slow in pace, not matching the expectations set for the job. However, I just figured it was a part of working in a corporate environment.

Pros

Easy, very casual work environment.

Cons

No leadership, working with H1-B employees and contractors who are constantly coming and going. At lot of down time!

Pros

Cool brand, legendary brand, great brand history, staff are better than upper management.

Cons

Terrible upper management, low pay, quality of the shoes and apparel are of the lowest and corner cutting since all ages of the legendary brand. They rely on the brand to keep the staff and pay minimum wage and treat staff like cattle.
