Pros

Fast growth, great philosophies if they followed through with them. Could have great potential with better communication. Pay range was good. Charity/Giving back day is great idea.

Cons

Lack of communication, support and trust. They don’t listen to the people in the field or listen to ideas. Trying to manage from other locations when you have no idea what is going on is not smart or profitable. No value shown or belief in those hired to do a job.

Famiy type environment very good company! Plenty of work to keep you busy, extremely fair pay! Very balance work and home life, not just any company they care about your home life too..
