      Pros

      Unparalleled Culture. The Values and Beliefs are lived to the core, not just lip service. Ample advancement and growth opportunities, your part of a family at Convergint, not a number.

      Cons

      in human nature, not everyone is a great fit for the culture, sometimes folks revert back to their old ways at coporatized companies - may cause an occasional rift that wasn't necessary - but I believe that to be an individual human component, NOT a company component.

      It's difficult to differentiate them from any of the other large companies in our industry.

      There is a great deal of camaraderie within the workplace.

      Cons

      Managers seem to be primarily focused on the needs of their managers and not their employees. Performance expectations and level of accountability tend to vary drastically depending on a person's role and department within the company.

      Pros

      Great commissions and a culture that pushes you to succeed.

      Cons

      Turnover in our purchased company after being bought out was around 55% even though nobody was "fired". I see the business model as buying out businesses and their clients and trimming the fat.
