Cons

Internal Politics, favoritism by the leadership, Bosses and leader suffer with lack of Leadership quality. No appreciation, no promotion, no proper career path, no proper hierarchy, poor leadership in North and west region. Lot of work load. No work life balance. I would not recommend anyone to work here.
