V&B’s WHEN followed. Some colleagues are wonderful to work with. Benefits are average.
Cons
Upper management lack of skill levels, this includes HR. Worst HR I’ve ever seen. I do not feel comfortable enough to go to HR for anything. Even if I did, which I have, you wait weeks or even months to get a response, if you do that is. Upper management doesn’t seem to care about that either. They reward that behavior. V’s & B’s are not followed anymore, except by your own manager which has to fight to do so. I’ve noticed if you complain about certain people, you get fired. Your job description doesn’t matter. You end up doing tasks other than your own and then others do yours as you are. There’s no structure or consistency or communication or respect. Very discouraging. I am looking elsewhere to work.
