Pay is good. Work life balance is normal.

Cons

Depending which CTC you work out of, the people seem nice. But remember one thing, they are NOT your friends, they are looking to advance just like you are. Watch your back, take credit when you are due and never think you are unreplaceable.

Culture has changed significantly from caring about the employees and living by their V&Bs to only using them when convenient for management.

I feel very supported and appreciated here - my hard work does not go unnoticed. Great management, great people, pretty good work life balance. Feels like there is a lot of opportunity for career advancement due to the growth of the business. Competitive 401k match and immediate vesting.

Cons

The insurance benefits are expensive, so while I get paid more than my last employer, I'm paying way more in insurance costs. I believe HR is working on this, so hopefully that will change in the near future. PTO could also be better.
