Large projects to really get some good experience and the other employees are very helpful. Company truck/van provided. Flexible hours

Cons

The 401k isn't as good as other companies. The training for the field techs isn't that great They use outsourcing companies for field techs so quality of work can be an issue

Pros

W company that cares about its people and their developmnet. Very little to no overhead to get the things you want/need approved. Awesome environmnet to work in. Management knows what they are doing and since this is a privately owned company they do care about it. Great talent and awesome projects to work on. Employees can really show what they can do. You are difinitely not a number at this company, but a human being that wants to evolve and move up. This company sure does allow for that
