      Pros

      W company that cares about its people and their developmnet. Very little to no overhead to get the things you want/need approved. Awesome environmnet to work in. Management knows what they are doing and since this is a privately owned company they do care about it. Great talent and awesome projects to work on. Employees can really show what they can do. You are difinitely not a number at this company, but a human being that wants to evolve and move up. This company sure does allow for that

      Pros

      Good culture for the most part. Decent pay. Good leadership mostly. Bad management tends to get weeded out eventually.

      Friendly environment, flexibility, decent pay, opportunity for promotion or position change depending on your location

      Cons

      V&Bs are no longer at the front of how the company is led, teamwork is another way to manipulate you into doing more work for the same pay, concentration on administration costs results in giving more work to people who stay when others leave
