      Enjoy giving back on community service day.

      Cons

      This company pays very low for extreme work loads and deadlines. Lots of turn over and lazy management that has lower end positions do all the work. Overtime is frowned upon so you are forced to do OT without pay. Service department is micromanaged by unprofessional and unqualified supervisors. Promotions are unlikely unless you are willing to be apart of the political game. Working from home when you are sick is advised in safety meetings but when requested, it is denied by your supervisor.

      main head office in illinois has some great managers/executives

      Cons

      good ol boys club management is very very poor no advancement very poor support internally processes are time consuming no crm anti sales benefits appear good but are really bare minimum HR does not make it comfortable act happy or they consider you a liability
