Depends on what you do and what CTC you belong to

Pros

Lots of paid holidays, including one flexible paid holiday.

Cons

The workload is intense. Processes are antiquated and not streamlined. Utilization is a dumb metric for certain positions. Our insurance programs are not good. Constantly buying other companies to grow into new sectors without first growing infrastructure, etc.

Steady Work. Good Customers. Some good days while working.

Cons

If you are not part of the Click? You know. Management is reactive, not proactive. Not enough in house training, and too many unqualified personnel in critical positions. Others are just with bad habits, and can not be trusted.
