I feel like you don't get paid what your worth, for your ability, you move up buy being liked by certain management .

Pros

Full time colleague for 7 years! Overall the company has become like family and the culture is still very much alive. Leadership in the Dallas office is phenomenal, very open and excellent communication.

Cons

No downside from working for Convergint. They provide fair pay and have a good balance between work and family.
