Pros

Plenty of hours if overtime is wanted. Strong learning curves and different departments available to work in.

Cons

Sometimes hours are to demanding with them usually finding a handful of strong workers to do the majority of the weekend, overtime, and holiday work. Potential for promotion is not as strong as advertised, once they see you are valuable in a specific role it is almost impossible to move beyond it.

Pros

Fast growth, great philosophies if they followed through with them. Could have great potential with better communication. Pay range was good. Charity/Giving back day is great idea.

Cons

Lack of communication, support and trust. They don’t listen to the people in the field or listen to ideas. Trying to manage from other locations when you have no idea what is going on is not smart or profitable. No value shown or belief in those hired to do a job.

Cons

People don't practice the Values & Beliefs. Just a lot of preaching. Local management supports bad behavior knowing when the V&B's are at stake.
