Pros

Good pay that’s it !

Cons

A lot to learn in just a 4 weeks , then when you go into live calls you are expected to know how to do everything without the proper training , and every trainer is different. So either way you always get some kind of coaching because you don’t know your left from right .. can’t take too many breaks because you are timed on it .. too stressful

Pros

Work from home, rewarding work, benefits, PTO after 6 months, lenient about giving days off, some nice people, OT if you meet production

Cons

Value new people more than experienced agents, Unprofessional, pressure you to get closures (CVS work as a BV Rep), bosses don’t respond, systems don’t work, they expect you to work when their underwhelming systems don’t work, threaten people will lose jobs in team meetings, post everyone’s production in front of everybody, will change what department you work in without notice, no appreciation given and I mean NONE. I worked 100+ hours in 2 weeks and never got any thanks. Supervisors are over worked which adds stress to Reps. 2/5 is friendly. Good short term job til you find something better.

Pros

Pay is okay for an work at home position. Many opportunities to grow. Plenty overtime Training is available so no experience needed.

Cons

Communication from Hr and team leads could use some work. Could be more upfront about client assignments before assuming anything works for everyone.
