Everything….from the metrics,the point systems and the supervisors! Smh Lazy ! What is to lie to customers and I understand there are suppose to be “resources” for us to help customers but it’s Not clear enough. The stuff we use to help customers are not updated to what they see. Stop and I’m begging you to STOP making it so hard to help our customers with concerns. The supervisors barely help and barely know what to do half the time. It’s a very unrealistic metric system ! The whole upwelling thing is mentally draining. If you can talk a good game with stuff..this is the job for you but just know you will not leave this job the same as you came I’m.

The company's management is not at all knowledgable of the procedures and systems, so they often ignore employees asking for help because they simply do not know. A supervisor who was billing trained, simply should not be a TECH SUPPORT supervisor unless they were cross trained adequately. Also, overtime everyday because other employees fail to meet their metrics is a JOKE. If you don't make sales, your ignored! Plus your never really trained on the systems, your just thrown on the floor and forced to figure it out.
