Everise bought out Contiuum. Its always something with the pay. They don't document the correct hours. They constantly VTO you when you don’t want it. The Sups ignore you until it’s time to VTO. I’ve been working at this company for 6 months now. The also cut down our hours, so we work 6 hours now. It's this one guy who constantly calls us and basically harasses the agents. And they haven't done anything about it. Offshore gets away with too much! They are rude. When you can't handle the call, they get mad. Ain't the purpose of you transferring the call to Onshore, is because you can't handle the call, also? Very annoying. Then they lie lol. Real bad. Saying they can't pull the members accounts but when I ask for the information, they say , "Oh, I didn't get the information or the member didn't give me the information". How you know you can't pull up the members account when you don't have the info?They don't want to do their jobs. Don't get me started on the systems. They even added a System Issues chat. Which I don't understand why when their isn't an IT agent in the chat to help assist. We just basically letting others know we are having issues. They also constantly fire people. They been doing that since January of this year. This is my last week. Thank God!
