      Pros

      Large company that does not hold people accountable for being productive.

      Cons

      Unless you are of German ancestry and/ or a female you will not be able to move up in the company. They have self imposed quotas for the number of females in management roles which currently prevents career advancement for non-females.

      Good and established process, good working environment and helpful colleagues

      Cons

      Senior Management always asked for visibility in order for the employees to be recognized. Mostly employees who do a lot of talks and bragging are mostly to be promoted. It ends up even non-sense comments are mostly experienced during meetings just to get noticed and visible

      Pros

      Global development footprint helps you build global collaboration and communication skills. I have built great friendships with overseas colleagues that last to this day.

      Cons

      Opinions are not only knocked down but reprimanded for. Although all of my goals exceeded target, my evaluation was down rated because BU manager did not like my constructive opinion. The harasser used his middle management to squeeze me into tight situation. HR did nothing about it. These harassing management will do all in their power to knock down talent that voices thoughts and keep "yes-people" under them. Beware that these management are highly evaluated by HQ and will remain at the top for a long time to come. Until they exist there is no hope for talents looking to make a difference, and many including me have left due to this.
