Cons
Opinions are not only knocked down but reprimanded for. Although all of my goals exceeded target, my evaluation was down rated because BU manager did not like my constructive opinion. The harasser used his middle management to squeeze me into tight situation. HR did nothing about it. These harassing management will do all in their power to knock down talent that voices thoughts and keep "yes-people" under them. Beware that these management are highly evaluated by HQ and will remain at the top for a long time to come. Until they exist there is no hope for talents looking to make a difference, and many including me have left due to this.
