Pros

Hr is good , and hike is good

Cons

People are biased and support the people on region basis. No appreciation to technical expertise. Bu head and management are so biased and old minded that it difficult to work on niche technology. They will never appreciate your work .will do only if you belongs to their locality.

Pros

- Autonomy is given to the engineers at work, not much of micro-managing, however it is required to deliver targets set by key stakeholders and management. - Opportunities for technical skills growth - LMS for e-learning, knowledge sharing in projects, coursera licence for picking new skills to be deployed for any project. - Opportunities for career growth - technical or non-technical role depending on your interests and inclination. - Working with team members locally and worldwide, depending on the project you are assigned to. - Conti-pal system where every mentee has a mentor at work to guide them throughout their course in the company. - Competitive salary package, leave, benefits and flexi-credits. - Yearly benchmarking and salary review.

Cons

- Projects run on a very short timeline. - Limited projects in the location, and engineers may find themselves deployed to other product lines for a short time frame. - New / Inexperience engineers may find it hard to master the required skills for the roles within a short period of time, on top of project commitments. - Challenging financial situation on a global level and slow automotive market results in budget cuts for project or closing several depts. - Reorganization of the depts which makes workflow and process more confusing. - Too many managers in upper management.
