      Cons

      Management is forcing to come to office 3 days a week. Even though this proves not very productive in some employees cases management is just keen on bringing people to office. Some senior management worries more about imposing rules than productivity.

      Every two years there have been many reorganizations either in department level, business level or whole organization level. Processes alignments are a mess and even in same company and same department, different projects using different tool chains.
