Incompetent Indian Management and poor knowledge of the Industry .. Personal agenda comes first . Heavy politics, abusive tongue, personal favourites . No love for Team Members,. INCOMPETENT HR AND TECHNOLOGY. Culture and Value conceptually good but zero at ground level .. Managers blatantly lay false charges on targeted individuals and use Compliance as a weapon to give them the sack . All in all not a very happy happy organisation as far as Indian Operations go but abroad it is a world apart

New office building due to expansion 5 years ago.

Cons

Favoritism to certain group of bootlickers or same "village of talents". Close down one of their Transmission BU after spin off, all their staffs are force to leave after less than 3 years
