Good Company but poor Managers very Bookish - Sales Continental Employee Review

Incompetent Indian Management and poor knowledge of the Industry .. Personal agenda comes first . Heavy politics, abusive tongue, personal favourites . No love for Team Members,. INCOMPETENT HR AND TECHNOLOGY. Culture and Value conceptually good but zero at ground level .. Managers blatantly lay false charges on targeted individuals and use Compliance as a weapon to give them the sack . All in all not a very happy happy organisation as far as Indian Operations go but abroad it is a world apart
