Many of our weekly rituals leverage our culture and provide opportunities for teaching and learning in unique ways, including the Technical Coaching Program from our senior engineers. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the program. I am sorry to hear that you had limited experience with our repertoire of clients. Diversifying our portfolio of clients has been a goal of ours for the past few years. Last quarter alone, we have worked on 30 engagements. But it is essential that we continue to have a diversified client base in order to fulfill our vision to be the leading product development consultancy.       Thank you for the 5 star review and recognizing our great culture. With regards to compensation, Connected regularly reviews salary relative to contribution and to the Canadian market. Total compensation includes base salary but, for Connectors it also includes annual performance bonuses, a great RRSP-matching program, vacation and personal days off, a strong benefits package, support for setting up your home office and taking care of your well-being. - Mike Stern, CEO
