Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the people, culture, technology, commitment to quality and office amenities. We don't compete on salary, because we believe it doesn't attract the people we love working shoulder to shoulder with every day. We want people who want to work with us because of the culture, client work and cutting edge technologies. We do offer a generous equity sharing program, which we can do because we're 100% employee owned. We also review compensation for the entire company twice a year. We have a 9 - 6 schedule because we want to balance the intensity necessary to build the best products, with the benefits of having a fulfilling personal life. We want people to be able to do great work in the office, and not need to take it home with them. We will do a better job of communicating why we have these work hours, and the importance of a balanced life. Great idea to develop some intern/co-op only activities.
