Pros

I've been at Connected for two years now and it is an awesome place to work. We work with some amazing clients on exciting projects, and I find the work really fulfilling. Our team truly are some of the smartest people in tech and product development and it's motivating to work alongside them as I'm always learning. I feel valued, that my voice is heard and that I'm making an impact every day. The company is also really open to feedback and we just got better benefits in the summer. I also like that we look at compensation and other perks every 6 months and my manager is supportive of my career growth.

Cons

More dogs in the office and RRSP matching would be nice. More options to work from home.

- Great period of growth that comes with a real sense of ownership for each employee (100% company owned!) - Company really lives out its values (seriously!) - Competitive wages/benefits/stock options - Lots of great outings/events to boost moral - A shared vision to get where we need to go, and everyone is on board with that idea - We hire the BEST people

Since I have joined Connected Lab, i have been empowered to build a high performing team. - Empowered to search and find the best candidates, not the best candidate within a time period. - Ability to self-organize and realign in a manner in which I felt we could achieve the best results. This is often promised, but rarely supported. - Support to remove roadblocks (H/W, S/W, team assignments, etc.) allowing team to maximize performance and be successful. - Maintain an Empowered to work closely with the team on growth activities - A fun place to work, that still feels like a small company - Many programs to allow for social connections to be made regardless of title or team assignment. - Executives you believe, trust and want to follow
