I've been at Connected for two years now and it is an awesome place to work. We work with some amazing clients on exciting projects, and I find the work really fulfilling. Our team truly are some of the smartest people in tech and product development and it's motivating to work alongside them as I'm always learning. I feel valued, that my voice is heard and that I'm making an impact every day. The company is also really open to feedback and we just got better benefits in the summer. I also like that we look at compensation and other perks every 6 months and my manager is supportive of my career growth.
