Morale is in the toilet due to lack of support from exec management. Senior managers do their best but hands are tied and cannot reward nor provide any financial incentives. Long periods without raises (often years). Due to poor performance at the corporate level this division suffers increased reduction in force and offshoring.

Management doesn't care about employees. Terrible hours and scheduling. Impossible quotas and goals. I was pregnant, and caught the flu. I had a doctor's note which said I needed to stay home for a week. I called in every day as I was told to do and on the third day I received a phone call telling me that I needed to return to work or "have a conversation" with my supervisor. It was implied that if I did not return to work before medically advised I would be fired. I was informed that a doctor's note is not accepted as an excuse for absence. I ended up quitting because who wants to work at a place that has so much disregard for employee's well being? Certainly not I.
