Pros

Great front-line employees who go the extra mile for their colleagues and their clients.

Cons

Poor executive management team that always puts shareholders above employees in the interest of securing their own variable compensation packages. Quarterly earnings expectations are met by slashing benefits and providing sub-standard pay increases that don't come close to inflation. This is evidenced by the recent elimination of the wellness incentive and 401(k) company match (for salaried employees) for 2019, when employees had been led to believe for the past 2+ years that the company was on track and doing well on its transformation. Top-down decision making that results in poor outcomes for clients and business results. This executive team is just out of touch with what's going on on the front lines of the company and it shows in the overall results.

Pros

Other than working remotely (luckily), I can't think of any pros.

Cons

Healthcare is horrible. They stopped all 401k matching this year. Since they bought Xerox Business Services, revenue has decreased by 1/3 or more each year. Raises are .01 to .10%, bonuses are miniscule and because it's an India owned company, communications is extremely hard. It's obvious that most of the top management positions are being given to people from the home country. Help desk services are excruciatingly painful. Before you travel, for work, you must submit an estimate of the costs and get approval. You may get the approval but at 1/4th the cost. How is that even possible? You have to earn vacation at less than 1 day per month and can't carry any over. So mid year, you'll have 6 days to use, if you haven't had to use any up to that point. Seriously.

Smart People - No Leadership Vision

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Most co-workers are extremely intelligent and want to work hard

Cons

Leadership has zero vision for the company. They want to be a cool tech company and compare themselves to amazon all the time but have no idea how to execute. There is an extreme focus on bringing in more revenue but the desire to build high quality products lacks. Every person is just a number to them and their goal is to offshore as many US based people as possible.
