Okay pay, not much else makes it worth it. You get to sit a lot? Supervisors are nit picky about dumb stuff, but unprofessional. Doesn't follow their own rules. Makes no sense.

Everyone is rude/unprofessional, hours change every 3 months sometimes sooner. Supervisors are not picky about dumb stuff. Makes no sense.

1. Transport - One of the worst transport facilities ever seen 2. Clients - Abusive - They do not have knowledge about their own processes 3. No focus towards company growth 4. Client processes are old and out dated...Processes are over complicated 5. Management - Just does not listen to employee needs 6. No employee budgets for team activity 7. No career growth what so ever 8. Worst company culture...team members fight between themselves 10. Worst HR and Payroll support 11. Common goal sheets for all...may it be AP, AR or GL... LOL!!! Lots more to list out....

Easy job to get hired at if you are looking for quick employment to get on your feet. Also the job is very simple just talk on the phone and input information.

Cons

Policies are always changing depending on the client. Certain Management is lazy because commission checks are never on time.40 hours are never guaranteed. If the call flow is slow be prepared to go home.
