- As I waited for my interview, I overheard an HR manager loudly gossiping about other employees. That is so unprofessional. That should have been a sign that this is not the company for me. On day one of training, I felt like I was a student in middle school all over again. There were constant threats of termination for people having their cellphones in the hallway.
- Poor pay for the amount of stress we have to deal with on a daily basis.
- You will have the same conversation with customers again & again & again & AGAIN over circumstances which are beyond your control until it drives you insane.
- You are forced to take calls even when the phone system is not working properly. You'll be frustrated. The customers will be frustrated.
- Poor team leads and management. Although that's not the case for everyone, I'm not sure how some of these people got promoted. Some of my coworkers who have a good work ethic have been working 7-8 years and still are in the same position as a CSR, while others have been promoted and are nowhere to be found when you need them.
- Lack of training. The company recently switched to a new CRM and got a new website & app for one of it's major clients and there was no proper training the week prior to the launch of the new system as promised.
- Poor communication amongst all levels of management and staff. Information changes daily, and sometimes hourly. Everyone is on a different page. Perhaps, there should be daily team meetings prior to every shift to discuss important details and changes.
