      Pros

      Compass is amazing. They invest in their employees and all the right things as an employer. The workplace culture is top-tier and super healthy. Honestly this is one of the best companies I've worked for!! Setting the bar for this industry in California and beyond.

      Cons

      Some of the work/responsibilities are a learning curve, but you will have all the right support to learn and grow into the role if you have a teachable attitude!
