Pros

Compass is super flexible with their scheduling, there is a lot of room for growth, and there are so many learning opportunities with becoming a good leader.

Cons

Workload can feel extensive at times

Pros

see familiar faces, as well as new people. Get put fun and exciting thing on our app Uventi. So, our clients and staff could adventure out

Cons

Answering phone calls, sometimes I'm not able to get the right answers or information. As well as not finding enough events to put under the list.

You get to interact with many different clients and Staff. Guide staff to excel in their abilities to provide better care for their clients.

Cons

High stress at first. If you do not know how to be organized you won't make it.
