Well the company is big on diversity, although I don't see alot of diversity in upper management. The hours are flexible.

Cons

Performance Reviews and raises are such a joke. As much money as this company makes, they are the biggest tightwads.

Service company with high customer service standards and great support structure. Strikes good balance between shareholder/profitability needs and concern for employees in a difficult economic environment.

Cons

Any downsides would be situational not systemic. If you are a good fit for the job, there is no better place to do it.

Cons

Management will ask for your opinion but thats all they do is ask. They will NEVER accept any opinion that isn't theirs. Bottom line ALL employees are just a bodies. They don't care about employees only the company.
