      Pros

      Well the company is big on diversity, although I don't see alot of diversity in upper management. The hours are flexible.

      Cons

      Performance Reviews and raises are such a joke. As much money as this company makes, they are the biggest tightwads.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
