The team I worked with was full of wonderful kind people.

Cons

The company itself does not value it's employees. Yearly raises are capped at 35 cents. We only received a bonus for continuing to work through the pandemic and nothing else. Hard work was rewarded with a pizza party that you may not even be able to attend if your customers needed something. I would be punished for not taking my lunch on time, even if I was taking care of time sensitive customer requests.

-Most of the time I feel like work/life balance is valued -A large company with a lot of resources to grow, situated in a growing city -A large network of diverse people with DE&I a great focus in our trainings

Cons

-The same cons as you would experience at any other company -The company is large so your day-to-day experience will probably largely depend on how you get along with your team
