Pros

You were able to work alone, except for the summer.

Cons

Low pay (only $12/hour) and management was extremely passive aggressive. They would make up customer complaints on employees to get them in trouble or cause confrontations. The managers would mostly target employees that are part of minority groups, like LGBTQ+ or African Americans, with harassment. I am a member of a minority group and was routinely followed in the hallways by a manager, watched over the security cameras, and the manager frequently voiced false complaints against me. I was often accused of taking too many breaks or sitting around and not working. There were coworkers that would actually do this themselves, but they were never called out. Management would also go to another coworker that is not a member of management to complain on me, who would then voice those concerns to me to maintain plausible deniability.

Pros

Good daytime hours at most accounts.

Cons

Associates are just shuffled around from account to account stating that they want growth yet there is NONE! Causing Poor production, service and Unhappy associates everywhere! No incentives for anyone, management or hourly's! No associate appreciation on ANY Level unless you complain constantly about being overlooked, then you're accommodated briefly to keep you quiet! NO one with less than good performance gets Terminated. They just shift you around for some other good managers to inherit POOR performers which aids to accounts struggling to maintain great service and performance at all times! A steadily revolving door to Nowhere. Associates stay in the same positions for YEARS with little to no increases, and Very little growth when talents states yearly that they want to move up.

The job you sign up with IS NOT the job you stick with. They move you around so many times its confusing and the pay raises are complete garbage at 48 cents a year. Mix that in with being punished or fired for NOT being able to do 4 jobs at the same time and you have a recipe for unhappy and angry employees. The "Confidential" employee review of the company you are MADE (not asked) to fill out are NOT confidential at all, as all higher ups have complete ability to view these, and punish those who give a bad review of their management. If you are not in the "inner circle" of the higher management you are pretty much ignored, or blamed for something that wasn't your fault or your dept's fault. Just when you do get a supervisor in your dept that really works, and is doing well they get fired or quit due to a higher up screaming at them and talking to them like they are a child in front of other employee's.
