No real vacation time for 5 years, benefits are expensive, micromanaging from upper management, depends on where you working you may not get a chance to progress further up the ladder, and if you have questions about anything and you need to get a hold of HR it is almost impossible to get a hold of them and then they don't give you any information

You will definitely make good money if you’re at least in a supervisor role. Everyone and most of the students are so sweet. Food options are great. Lots of Events.

Cons

Unless you’re a manager working almost strictly in the office you’ll probably walk to your car with a slight limp after an almost 10 hour shift maybe more. Supervisors Pick favorites. If you have an issue don’t even bother with HR if your a regular employee (If you’re a person of color or a woman of color even more so]
