      Pros

      You will definitely make good money if you’re at least in a supervisor role. Everyone and most of the students are so sweet. Food options are great. Lots of Events.

      Cons

      Unless you’re a manager working almost strictly in the office you’ll probably walk to your car with a slight limp after an almost 10 hour shift maybe more. Supervisors Pick favorites. If you have an issue don’t even bother with HR if your a regular employee (If you’re a person of color or a woman of color even more so]

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
