Some great people but leadership has no loyalty

Great training and opportunities to grow Some fantastic coworkers and team members

Cons

Contracts and client opinions have more value than employees working hard on the daily Very little authentic recognition from leadership (a general, country wide email is a waste). As site managers, you work so very hard, and barely get a pat on the back. Forget bonuses--they're inherently unachievable unless you cook the numbers

Good atmosphere, people are nice to you. Flexible working hours as long as you finish your job.

Cons

Low pay comparing to other companies. Leadership team don't do anything or change anything. When the company earns money, they would sit there and clap for everyone. When the company loses money, they would ask for responsibilities from directors and then directors would blame managers and then eventually the one who would take all the responsibilities is an poor analyst. Analyst almost take all the workload for the team but get no credit but complaint.

the company has such a large web of subsidiaries and business units across the world so if you play your cards right you can make some interesting lateral moves to other places in the world.

Cons

hyper-focused on bottom-line which can be a detriment to the customer service experience across the board.
