Criminally underpaid for the job we all do. 90% of us still here were here at the start of the pandemic and showed up everyday despite orders to "stay safe at home". Essential workers were completely crapped on by Unidine at this location. When covid was a red alert in this building, their were employees that had to be around it with only a mask as protection. I was in close contact with these people and non of us should have been in contact with people that had covid unless we had the proper protection, which we initially didn't have, and people got sick. I was put at risk and so was my family. At review time I was barely compensated for my 2020 work. For putting my health at risk and showing up everyday during a pandemic myself and my coworkers deserved multi dollar raises. Signs were posted around here saying "heroes work here". Yeah that's nice and all but how about heroes pay to go along with it. I'm honestly in disbelief that didn't happen, and that's a very sad thing to me.

Low pay for most positions, no sick days, meager benefits, no benefits for the most physically demanding roles, literal pennies for raises, no advancement opportunities, uninformed and disorganized management, lack of employee resources, questionable hires leading to unpleasant work environment. This company is very miserly when it comes to thier staff. The entire business model is cost saving to win/renew contracts, they will offer you the least legally possible.
