Fire staff rather than supporting, basically if a person is too much work in their eyes because their English isn't good enough or bullies target them and they don't want to deal with it, they just say they are not suited to fifo and don't get them back to site again. Aggressive and intimidating managers not held accountable, manipulative game playing managers placing staffs emotional wellbeing at risk. Zero support from Head Office and HR and onsite HSEQs are useless. Never pay right. Never pay for higher duties. Even have boxes of personal records out in open with no lids and sensitive info flying about aite in the wind. If you work here join the union and protect yourself.
