Pros

Set days no weekends. Lots of training given. Just not when you need it.

Cons

Lack of communication through departments. Hard to get straight answers. Wage is not great. Pointless generic tasks that are sent out to everyone even if they dont apply to your site.

- Very little annual leave (below Singapore's average) - Little support from management - Long working hours which cannot be in lieu due to lack of manpower
