I am yet to find any

Bully dictator management I was employed almost 12 months ago as a senior manager I am however given no automony to run my business as my own Senior managers with glorified director titles dictate every aspect of my role Payroll is a shambles- do not expect them to care if a team member was under paid Procurement do not understand the business they sell to clients and negotiate deals with suppliers forcing prices to be upwards of 70% higher than retail prices Supply chain.... what supply chain they don't have one If you are not in catering you are the poor relation yet they continue to sell themselves as more than catering

Great work life balance. As long as you deliver the KPI’s no one challenges you on your start/ finish times and hours worked.

Cons

No career progression, no real development program. Company retail lacks people engagement and recognition tools
