Pros

The people, location, and a reasonable level of compensation make wokring at Comdata bearable. Also the general population gets along well.

Cons

Comdata senior management lacks vision and remains a one trick pony in the transportation space. The parent company Ceridian is laughable.

Great place to get a start in sales.

Cons

Culture is derogatory. Management is worse - largely populated by "yes-men" (and "yes-women"). Hard to find a company with more incompetent and lackluster senior management.

This company is always looking for ways to expand business. Close to home if you live in Franklin or Brentwood.

Cons

Hopefully, the turnover in the leadership positions has slowed down. It was a very volitile place to work during the Ceridian takeover.
